The Course Structure is divided in to 3 phases and they are Pre-Program, Period 1, Period 2 and period 3. 
The Pre-Program phase is a program familiarization session delivered on Online mode. It is meant for the duration of 3 weeks. Period 1 comprises of face to face session and Online session. The duration of Period 1 is 6 months. The Period 2 and Period 3 follow the same Course Structure as Period 1 - the combination of face to face and Online sessions. The duration of period 2 is 5 months and that of period 3 is 6 months. In between Period 2 and Period 3, the students can opt for the Global Immersion Week.

Blended Methodology is a combination of Online and Face-to-Face learning methodology that makes full use of the benefits of digital learning technology. IE Business School offers live sessions and online discussion forums led by eminent faculty. The live classes are offered in Madrid and this helps the students experience the student-diversity and improve their social and communication skills.  

The students get the unique opportunity to conduct group-travel to world-renowned Business destinations like Los Angeles, Shanghai and Singapore as part of Global Immersion Week. 

The applicants are required to have a professional work experience of 3 years prior to admission. The admission process goes through 5 stages and they are:
